Ioannis Tsapoutshis is registered as a member of the Cyprus Association of Civil Engineers and successful in being admitted as a Member of the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamfer and a member of European Federation of National Engineering Association (FEANI).

 

He has expanded his knowledge in the field of the structural design of timber frames, steel structures, concrete structures and energy performance of buildings, succeeded in the corresponding examinations and is registered in the record of the Energy Service of Cyprus as expert in the issuance of the energy performance certificates (EPC) for residential buildings. Attended training seminar for prolepsis, diagnosis and solutions of the moistness problems in structures. Trained for the design of domestic sewage systems. Completed the Environmental Impact Assessment for Solar – Photovoltaic parks and he was a site engineer in Limassol of a project with 28 buildings (Approximately cost of 25 million euros) of which he have design some of this buildings.

Up to date, he works as a civil engineer and environmental engineer in his office, providing any services such as structural design studies and drawings of any kind of structure (steel frames, light steel frames, concrete design, timber design and masonry design structures) or traffic assessment studies or environmental impact assessments. Additionally, he designs sewage drawings for the house connections in order to transfer the wastewaters to the main drainage pipe. Furthermore, he provides his services in a special and advance engineering solutions such as vibration resistance of a Magnetom Sola of 1.5 Tesla, Analysis and Design of a pedestrian bridge of a single span of 50m, cantilever swimming pool of 9 meters span, pile foundation design, Geo solutions, etc. He is also provides special reports such as acoustic sound and dewatering.
